Exchange Policy

At Sip Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is not listed as final sale, clearance, or non-exchangeable (e.g., personalized or perishable items).

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if the product was defective or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a courier pick-up or advise you on return instructions.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll dispatch the replacement item within 2–3 business days.

  • We may offer you an alternative or a credit voucher if the requested item is out of stock.
